1.Introduction

Welcome to Platinum Cutz Singapore. By accessing our website and participating in the Platinum Club loyalty programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Platinum Cutz & Style Pte Ltd ("we," "us," "our") and the member ("you," "your").

2.Membership Eligibility

• Availability: Membership is open to all Singapore residents aged 18 and above.
• Verification: We reserve the right to verify your identity to ensure eligibility.
• Transferability: Membership status is strictly non-transferable and tied to your registered mobile number or email.

3.Loyalty Points & Rewards

• Earning Points: Members earn points on qualifying services. Points are credited within 24 hours of each confirmed visit.
• Welcome Bonus: 100 welcome points are credited upon successful registration and first verified visit.
• Redemption: Points may be redeemed for discounts on services. Minimum redemption thresholds apply.
• Expiration: Points do not expire while your account remains active (at least one visit per 12 months).
• Exclusions: Points cannot be earned on retail product purchases, gift vouchers, or already-discounted services unless otherwise stated.

4.Programme Changes & Termination

• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify tier thresholds, perks, or earn rates with 30 days notice to active members.
• Account Closure: You may request account deletion at any time. All accumulated points will be forfeited upon closure.
• Programme Suspension: We may suspend or discontinue the Platinum Club programme with reasonable notice. Accrued points will be honoured for 90 days after any such notice.

5.User Conduct & Security

• Authentication: You are responsible for the security of your OTP and account session.
• Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate points, registrations, or referrals through fraudulent means will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all points.

6.Limitation of Liability

Platinum Cutz Singapore shall not be liable for any service disruptions, technical failures, or delays in OTP delivery. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the programme with reasonable notice.

7.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
